Email and contact information will only be used to fulfil orders unless there is a query.

You will only be contacted to ensure you are happy with your order unless you wish to be placed on my subscription list.
Returns Policy
No returns will be accepted, as in the case with all cosmetic products, for health and safety reasons.
Products are handmade fresh to order and usually shipped within 24 hours and cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed.
Please order a sample pot first if you are unsure if the product will suit your skin or message me to arrange a consultation.
I will work with you to ensure that any problems are resolved should there be any cause for concern.
